The hotel was near to other shops, all the restaurants and all the landmarks thanks to its particularly good and stunning location. Our room was spotless and unique with champagne as well as spectacular views of the mountains. The breakfast was generous and excellent, we would stay here again.

The service at the hotel did not live up to our expectations. We were promised a bottle of champagne for my birthday but it never arrived.

The Franschhoek Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations with their accommodating staff, beautiful rooms, and central location in town. The electrical issue we experienced was quickly resolved with a room change. The check-in process was smooth and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel even provided complementary chocolates for my husband's birthday. The cozy rooms offered magnificent views of the mountains, and the hotel's passage opening into the Main Street made it convenient to access shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
